TAGBILARAN CITY, Philippines mdash; A woman was arrested here on Tuesday after she allegedly tried to smuggle sachets of shabu  crystal meth  into the Bohol District Jail  BDJ  in Barangay Cabawan here.The suspect, Raysa Panis, 41, a resident of Barangay Cogon in Inabanga town, visited her husband Joseph Panis who was detained for illegal drug charges. She brought with her a bar of soap and some grocery items.Jail guards, however, became suspicious when they noticed that the box of soap was tampered. On inspection, they discovered two sachets of shabu inserted inside the box.
